The Label Checkup Service is a service where you work with our experienced label buying staff to establish the specifications you need to provide specs for each of your labels (up to 10 labels per service).

At the completion of the service you’ll have the files, tools, and confidence you need to reliably source your label projects as needed.

What’s Included

First we scrutinize your design files. We’ll ensure that what you have is truly the design file you need. A design file that any label shop can use to produce your labels. Without the correct design files you’ll lose valuable time each time you need to purchase of labels. When you don’t have complete confidence in the design files that you have in hand it can make it uncomfortable to take the risk of switching to a new label change. What if my label shop made design changes? And didn’t send me the final files? This situation happens frequently. Many customers send label shops poor design files that require corrections. They fix the issues, send you a proof for approval, and then produce your job. What ends up happening is that you, the owner of the label design, don’t have the correct design files in your possession.

Next we will identify any details that may be missing from your specifications. So you know exactly what information, if any, needs to be obtained from your incumbent shops. We’ll look at whether the way your labels are produced (size, rewind, cores etc) is optimal and if not, we’ll discuss what options exist and how you can go about exploring alternatives. You may continue to work with your existing label supplier, but even so these details are the property of your company and you should have them on file at your offices.

Finally, we’ll examine your buying habits as they relate to quantities and frequency. We’ll provide recommendations for how you may be able to reduce costs, eliminate the stress and anxiety commonly associated with managing label inventory, and avoid obsolescence.

How Much Does It Cost?

The Label Checkup Service is a one-time service that costs $495.00.

The service typically takes place via video call. Our team will request information and images prior to the call. Plan to contribute approximately four hours of your team’s time to this project – between the gathering of details, the call itself, and reviewing follow up recommendations from our team.

Upon completion you’ll have identified any issues that could impede your current label purchasing and inventory management. You’ll have what you need to proceed more confidently in the label purchasing space.

We want to stress that while we provide label purchasing and inventory management services, you are under no obligation to consider our company for those items. The Checkup Service is designed as stand-alone service and is intended to educate and equip your team, to ensure you have long-lasting success with your label purchasing.
